This notice explains the information used to operate The Narrows Pickleball Box Ladder.

Information We Use
We store player names, email addresses, league applications, DUPR IDs and ratings, match results, box history, account preferences, and operational records needed to administer the ladder. A phone number is optional.
How Information Is Used
Email addresses are used for secure sign-in and league administration. DUPR information supports initial placement and eligible genuinely played match results may be submitted to DUPR. Administrative forfeits, no-contests, and results without genuinely played scores are not submitted to DUPR.
Contact Information
Email and phone information are never part of the public player directory. Authorized administrators may access contact details for league operations. A phone number is shared with current opponents or teammates only when the player explicitly enables phone sharing.
Public Competition Information
Player and team names, leagues, boxes, standings, completed scores, movement history, and selected achievements may be publicly visible. Applications, disputes, scheduling reports, private contact details, audit records, and administrator notes are not public.
Communications
Operational emails may be sent for applications, partner confirmation, cycle publication, corrections, match administration, and other actions required to run a league. Optional summaries or promotional messages are managed separately from essential league communications.
Retention And Requests
Competition history and administrative audit records may be retained to preserve accurate ladder results. Players may ask the league administrator to review or correct their profile information.
