Version 2026-09-08-beta-1 · Effective September 8, 2026

Applications And Eligibility

Every application requires administrator approval and a DUPR ID for each participant. Approval does not guarantee a particular box or start date. Doubles partners must each confirm the team using their own verified email account.

Match Responsibilities

Participants arrange their own matches and courts, communicate promptly, meet cycle deadlines, follow published league rules, and submit complete and honest scores. Matches are self-officiated and genuine doubt is resolved in favour of the opponent.

Results And DUPR

Submitted scores publish provisionally and may be challenged through the correction process. All eligible played league matches are submitted to DUPR. Administrative forfeits, no-contests, and other results without genuine played scores are not submitted to DUPR.

Conduct And Safety

Participants must communicate respectfully, make honest calls, avoid discrimination or harassment, act safely, and respect facilities. Administrators may review incidents and apply proportionate participation restrictions when necessary.

Administration

Administrators may review applications, contact information, scheduling reports, disputes, DUPR evidence, and other operational information required to run the ladder. Administrative decisions do not replace the published standings rules and are recorded where the system requires an audit reason.

Changes And Withdrawal

Rules or terms may change for future registrations or cycles. The accepted version is recorded with each application. Players may ask to pause or withdraw, but completed competition history remains part of the ladder record.
